THE CONNECTION HIERARCHY FORMULA has been born from our two year rapid transformation period.
To make it super easy to use, we’ve stripped it down to the foundational building blocks of what works. In 5 days, you’ll experience a profound, almost immediate shift in your energy and start to interact with your life in a meaningful way again.
You’ll start with one small step towards connection. Easy. Manageable. No pressure. That one small step creates momentum, a vortex, a force field that literally pulls you onwards and upward. In the 5 DAY REBOOT CHALLENGE, we’ll share one rung on the ladder every day, so you’ll move up in sequence, from one connection source to the next. The magic of the Connection Hierarchy Formula is that once you have it, it’s yours. It’s locked in. Going forward, you’ll be free to use any one of the connection sources (ladder rungs) as an entry point toward connection.
Why is connection so important?
The times we’re living in are not easy breezy, let’s face it. It’s not difficult to become overwhelmed by the collective, fear-based, panic whirling around. There’s pressure out there.
But change is not only happening in the world around us, our everyday life is impacted too. Both have an impact on the mind. Ultimately, at this time, we are more vulnerable to feelings of exhaustion, isolation, burn out and shut down.
The secret is to stay connected.

Before adding in anything new, understand what is there.
It could be exhaustion and guilt about not doing what you think you should be doing for your family.
It could be a trigger with overwhelming feelings of disappointing those you love.
It could be something else…

Chances are, there are barriers in the way of you connecting with you that you don’t even know about.
The noise of old, outdated beliefs and so much heaviness between you and yourself that it’s no wonder we avoid ourselves.
For most, this may be the hardest step up on the ladder. (Read our page on Reparenting if deep healing resonates with you here).
That makes it the most important.
Within this step, there are a number of levels depending on what you’re willing and able to attempt each day.
Connection to Self,

The most important thing to remember on this rung on the ladder is to simply take one step towards the Self in kindness.
If you have more energy, you can explore connection to:
1. The Breath – as a fundamental source of energy (and everyone can do it)
Are your thoughts spinning? You can’t tell whether you’re coming or going?
Breath gives us a boost in prana (subtle life force energy).
Something that’s hard to describe but is instantly experienced.

2. The Body – movement to stay strong and vital.
Movement is not only good for us, it’s pretty much essential in order to keep our blood flowing around our body, especially up from the extremities against gravity. (and no, we don’t mean signing up for a marathon, rather choose something that feels delicious from the inside like soulful movement or whatever works best for you).
3. Nutrition and Hydration – for wellness
We know everything we need to know, right? Now it’s about listening to the body and understanding what the body needs. More green leafy veg? More clean protein? Less stimulants? More fresh and unprocessed?
4. Sleep – for rest, repair and healing
Many of us are living in burnout without realizing it. Our systems have been dealing with an unreasonable amount of stress imposed on us by the demands and dramas of modern society.
The answer is to sleep, as often as you require sleep. Regulate your hormones, nurture your body, rest your mind and induce a healing state for the body to reset.
NOTE:
If none of these resonate with you, again, that’s 100% fine
BUT take the time to identify what your needs are.
Ask yourself –
“When do I feel most connected to my Self?
When do I feel lit up?”
And then keep doing that.

Now we move onto the relationships with our nearest and dearest, our work colleagues and our friends.
Our safety net over the tightrope of life. When our relationships are less than healthy it weighs on us and our daily tasks, whether we realise it or not.
On this rung of the ladder we take time to really see our ‘others’ and acknowledge that they too have needs, and are holding out their cups to you for filling.
Now let’s open our focus to include the important human beings around us. Watch the video below:
This may be challenging, especially from an empty cup. We suggest you take a step down to rung 2 if that’s the case, and continue to replenish your Self. If it’s difficult for some other reason, well that’s ok- it’s something to work on. Maybe there’s feelings of “not enoughness” to investigate, or conditioned patterns and ways of thinking that need to be worked through and released. Always be aware of your thinking. Your home. A blessing and a curse. It’s either energy into kids, work or into the house, it just seems impossible to balance all the demands in a day. Right?
On this rung of the ladder we take a moment to consider the impact our environment has on our state of mind.
This is a rung where magic can just happen. 10 minutes set aside to clean and organize a drawer has powerful ripple effects and can create motivation to do more, and before you know it, washing is done, through the dryer, folded and packed away into drawers…wow, and how that FEELS, is the important bit.
And again, gentle kindness if this is not you.
Maybe for you, placing things into piles that need to be organised later is an option. It may be packing the dishwasher or putting on some washing. That’s okay, but find some time to connect to your environment.
Make the bed? Perfect. Feel like organising the piles of stuff you’ve made? Awesome. You don’t? No problem. The goal is not to force it but rather to feel that you can flow towards it.

READY FOR A CHALLENGE TODAY?
Get a plant, paint a shelf, colour code your clothes, connect to your nest in some small way with the energy of love and gratitude. Listen to your inner self and do things that bring you joy. More candles? Why not? Been meaning to add a mirror to the wall? Do it. If you need your partner’s help, a clear to do list with realistic expectations may help or get stuck in yourself.

The spirit of service and community is another magical element in this formula, creating the sense of belonging we all crave as human beings.
Research now proves that generosity is good for the brain, flooding the brain with feel good chemicals as we give with an open heart.
Take a moment and have a think:
When last did you contribute in a community setting?
How good does it feel to give?
How good does it feel to belong?
Can you think of a place where you feel a true sense of belonging?
“Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name…” right?
This is the feeling we get when we drop desire for a while and take up an attitude of gratitude, serving someone (anyone) straight from the heart.
This rung is about the joy of service, belonging and taking responsibility.
