Reparenting is about reconnecting to the truth of who you are from a place of unconditional love and acceptance and creates an opening for new authentic relationships with your loved ones, including your children.
Most importantly, reparenting is about creating a conscious and nurturing relationship with yourself. Loving on yourself for who you be and not what you do.
As parents who aim to be present, we believe that unconditional love and acceptance of ourselves is the first step, and a step that we keep returning to because reparenting is a journey and not a destination.
The work is never done, although it does become easier, especially when we are supported.

Hi, I’m Tam. If you know me, this is probably the LAST place you would think to find me … talking about self awareness…. Tam? ‘Big-bek’ (big mouth) Tam, really? I was never into these conversations and referred to these seekers as “tree huggers”. I have fallen into this space from a near- death experience (NDE) and have clawed my way back to myself (with the support of Sharon) in the most powerful and healing way. Authentically. And now I want to shout my story from the rooftops.
I’m a conscious parent to ‘lil C, now 3. My formal university education has really helped me in this work. I have a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Communication Science, with a diploma in journalism.

Each of us has a story we tell ourselves about who we are.
This story either propels us forward or holds us back. I believe that connection inwards, through a daily practice (like breath work (pranayama), meditation, yoga), has the potential to generate powerful life force energy necessary for us to live the fullness of the TRUTH of who we are, co- creating the narrative of the life we choose.
This is freedom. This is power.
My challenges with self-imposed limiting beliefs and an overburdened autonomic nervous system have created a deep passion within me to guide and share the resources and insights that helped me rise above.
As a Quantum Human Design Practitioner, I’m passionate about providing you with insight into on your unique purpose as well as what is holding you back.
As a volunteer and Happiness Program teacher with one of the world’s largest non profit organisations, The Art of Living Foundation, I teach a powerful and transformative breathing technique for daily use, called the SKY technique (Sudarshan Kriya Yoga).
I know that transformation is possible for everyone who seeks it.

For both of us, relational support is a great passion. We have used avoidance strategies that are counter to the creative nature of life. We have experienced trauma and PTSD, hypervigilance, addiction, self-harm, eating disorders, anxiety, depression and avoidance. (And are still, at times, fully sucked into the ebbs, flows and drama of life.)
